Nashville Zoning Board of Appeals

Meeting of March 20, 2008

Call to order at 7:03 PM.  Meeting started without a quorum and did not achieve a quorum.

Members in attendance: Ben Page, Sue Aiken, Ron Ohler

Absent: Greg Gordon There are three vacancies.

Ron Bracy, Zoning Administrator, was in attendance

Minutes were reviewed and discussed.  The minutes could not be accepted because of a lack of quorum.

Communications reviewed:  Letter from Jason Strotheide regarding his resignation from the Zoning Board of Appeals.  His resignation had already been accepted by the Village Council at their last meeting.

Old Business:  No appeals in progress and no old business.

New Business:  Application for a Special Use Permit from Orafana (Nia) Kopwos at 416 Durkee for a home business as a Day Care provider.  A hearing is required for a Special Use Permit.  The hearing is set by the ZBA for their next meeting on April 17, 2008 at 7:00 PM.

Member Discussion:  Discussion about various topics related to the board and its members.

Meeting adjourned at 8:00 by the chairman and without a vote since there was no quorum.
