Per Ordinance 9-13-2007-A Section 2 - I request a parking license to allow
parking in the alley way adjacent to my property.
I agree to provide proof of insurance, valid license to operate the subject
vehicle and current vehicle registration for the subject motor vehicle.
I understand that any decision to grant, limit, revoke, or renew this license is
to be made at the sole discretion of the Nashville Village Council.
I understand that, if granted, this license is good for only one year from date
of issue. I must reapply every year to obtain a renewal for this license.
