MINUTES OF
NASHVILLE VILLAGE COUNCIL MEETING
HELD DECEMBER 27, 2007
Nashville Village Council Regular session was called to order by President
Frank Dunham on December 27, 2007 at 7:05 p.m. in the council chambers.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
ROLL CALL
Present were: Mary Coll, Richard Harwood, Mike Kenyon, Wayne Moore, Frank
Dunham, and James Dunham
Absent: Jack Holden
AGENDA
Motion Kenyon seconded by Coll to accept the agenda for December 27, 2007 as
presented. Ayes Coll, J Dunham, Harwood, Kenyon, Moore, and F Dunham. Nays
none. Absent Holden. Motion approved.
MINUTES
Motion by Kenyon seconded by Coll to approve the minutes of the Regular Meeting
held December 13, 2007 as presented. Ayes J Dunham, Harwood, Kenyon, Moore,
Coll, and F Dunham. Nays none. Absent Holden. Motion approved.
COMMUNICATIONS
MI State Housing Authority; Barry County Parks and Recreation
AUDIENCE QUESTIONS
Gary White question on health insurance approved at the last meeting
ATTORNEY LETTER
Discussion on route driven by DPW on the sewer pond property
Motion by Kenyon seconded by Coll to refer this letter to the DPW committee for
recommendation. Ayes Harwood, Kenyon, Moore, Coll, J Dunham, and F Dunham.
Nays none. Absent Holden. Motion approved.
FIRE SAFETY ORDINANCE REVISION
Tabled until January 10th meeting
ZONING BOARD RESIGNATION
Motion by Kenyon seconded by Coll to accept Gary Whites resignation from the
Zoning Board with regrets. Ayes Moore, Coll, J Dunham, Harwood, Kenyon, and F
Dunham. Nays none. Absent Holden. Motion approved.
COMMITTEE REPORTS - none
DPW meeting on January 2, 2008 at 7:00 pm
Finance meeting on January 16, 2008 at 7:00 pm to discuss the new budget
Parks/Blds/grounds discussed new playground equipment and possible funding;
community bld and bathrooms looking into grants
Transfer Recycle meeting changed to January 7, 2008 due to holiday

F Dunham hope everyone had an enjoyable Christmas looking forward to another
good year. Thanks to all council members for the time and work they put in for
the community.
Motion by Kenyon seconded by Coll to adjourn at 7:45 pm. All ayes. Motion
carried
