VOLUNTEER POLICY

FOR THE VILLAGE OF NASHVILLE

It is the policy of the Village of Nashville that members of the community desiring to volunteer their time to the Village of Nashville will complete the following procedures:

VOLUNTEERS UNDER 18 YEAR OLD (not approved for equipment use)

Complete the Nashville Volunteer waiver and confidentiality agreement including:

·        written approval from the DPW Superintendent and

·        written approval from a Parent or Guardian allowing them to enter into the Volunteer Waiver and Confidentiality agreement

VOLUNTEERS OVER 18 YEARS OLD (without approval for equipment use)

Complete the Nashville Volunteer waiver and confidentiality agreement including:

·        written approval from the DPW Superintendent

(no council approval needed)

VOLUNTEERS OVER 18 YEARS OLD (with approval for equipment use)

Complete the Nashville Volunteer waiver and confidentiality agreement including:

·        written approval from the DPW Superintendent and

·        council approval
