Report of meeting for Sept 15, 2011

There was no official meeting for the ZBA on this date.

Ron Bracy did not present an agenda or call off the meeting for this date within the required time.

Ron Bracy and Elena Zoerman were the only members in attendance at 7:06 PM

Ron and Elena discussed various topics with regard to the Zoning Ordinance, both the current ordinance and the proposed ordinance.

They also discussed various aspects of the proposed By-laws for the ZBA.

Elena and Ron decided to close discussion about the Zoning Ordinance at 7:45 PM.

After the above decision, Orvin Moore and Terry Zoerman came to the Village Hall.  The meeting had not been official and it was closed already.

There was some discussion and Orvin Moore presented information about some ZBA training that would be good for ZBA members to attend.  He will get further information.
